This hand painted Buddha is standing on a lotus, carved of bone and rests on a base of apophyllite crystal from the cave of Maharashtra, India. The Medicine Buddha is set into a Bali beach found abalone shell.
This Buddha reminds us that healing starts from the inside out. The deepest healing takes place in an attitude of compassion and acceptance. The lotus upon which the Buddha stands represents purity of heart.
